Social policy

LLP «Kazphosphate» and all of its branches based on the fact that for us the human resources have great value and well furnished work with the staff and a healthy relationship between management and employees , based on respect for workers' rights, and it has basically meaning to the viability of enterprises.

Realizing the importance of a systematic approach , senior management introduced a system of social responsibility management in accordance with the requirements of the SA 8000 , conducts its periodic evaluation , analysis of results and take appropriate measures in order to achieve continuous improvement .

Functioning management system (commensurate with the size and nature of business enterprise) allows better control risks , seize opportunities, to improve their social performance, enhance its reputation and leads to improvement of financial performance.
Obligations of senior management
A - In the area of social responsibility:

  • achievement the requirements of the standard SA 8000;
  • achievement the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • continuous improvement of the management system of social responsibility;
  • documenting and support management system of social responsibility;
  • informing staff


B - In the Part of management of system and functioning of social responsibility:

  • Identification and assessment of social impacts and aspects of activity - both favorable and positive;
  • taking the measures to prevent - where it is impossible to overcome, - minimize, mitigate, or compensate for adverse impacts on workers, the public (society), the environment;
  • identifying and, where possible, the use of resources to improve social indicators;
  • promoting social indicators through active measures for monitoring , evaluation and analysis of the enterprise in terms of interaction with society stakeholders;
  • Identification of stakeholders;
  • ensuring the appropriate involvement of stakeholders in the social issues of the enterprise;
  • disclosure of information on social issues and consultations , roundtables and other events;
  • Maintaining a permanent constructive relationship with stakeholders.
